Armando Santosoy

AGRONOMIST

Armando has an extensive combination of agronomy, research and development and channel distribution experience gained over 25 years and spanning across Mexico, Japan and Australia. Commencing his career managing farm production of corn, sorghum and oats, Armando then ran an agro-consulting firm that consulted in areas related to farm production with a focus on new technologies and innovative production methods, market development for organic fertilizers and establishment of production facilities.

With a focus on protection of natural resources and environmental related resources, soil and crop science have been a major interest of Armando. In his current roles he is responsible for the establishment of breeding programs, commercial seed production for specified climatic conditions and export operations, with a particular focus on sorghum for bio-fuel and fodder/silage production.

Armando holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering.
