BIO PRODUCT ORGANIC FERTILIZER COMBO

Vegetable farm productivity can be significantly enhanced by long term soil conditioning with Biochar, then mixing into planting beds Wool Pellets as a part conventional seasonal fertilizer replacement, followed by periodic spray application of pyroligneous Acid ( Wood Vinegar) for further growth and yield improvement.

Step 1 – Biochar Application

Apply 5-10 tons of biochar per hectare every 10 years. Benefits include soil carbon sequestration, moisture retention, nutrient storage, irrigation water reduction by 20% to 30%, reduction of traditional fertiliser by 20% to 30% and can increase product yield by as much as 20% to 30% with profit gain average over ten years of 20% to 30%.

Step 2 – Wool Pellet Application

Wool pellets should be applied in the range of 200 to 400 kg per hectare every growing season. Benefits include enhanced nutrient release, further improvement to water retention, reduction in traditional non-organic fertiliser usage by 30% to 40%, and an expected yield increase of 26% to 36%, corresponding to a profit gain from 42% to 56%.

Step 3 – Pyroligneous Acid (Wood Vinegar) Application

Apply between 2.5 to 3.75 litres of pyroligneous acid (wood vinegar) diluted to 1:200 parts per hectare twice during the seasonal growing cycle.  Benefits include maximisation of nutrient and carbon benefits, soil regeneration, reduced fertilizer usage, and traditional non-organic fertiliser usage by 40% to 50%, with an expected yield increase of 32% to 42%, corresponding to a profit gain from 52% to 61%.
